I really enjoyed the Samosa!! It's a crispy pastry with spiced potato, peas. The Samosa have a kick to them that is delicious!!
Easy to fix! Defrost in microwave, then bake in the oven until crispy and brown, about 18 minutes. Serve with the mint chutney sauce that comes with the Samosa. The chutney has a real spicy kick to it. The blending of the two is DELICIOUS!! The pastry part is crispy and flaky. The potato/pea stuffing is blended together for a rich taste.
We will be serving Samosa's again!!
